"Saudi security forces detained a ship loaded with large quantities of arms off the coast of Jazan province in the southern part of the kingdom. STEPS ADOPTED TO EXPEDITE SETTLEMENT OF LABOR DISPUTES
"The Council of Ministers [Sep 27] approved new measures to speed up settlement of labor disputes. It gave subsidiary panels of the Supreme Committee for the Settlement of Labor Disputes the authority to issue their final verdict in all appeal cases and to decide punishments as per the law.
